Aryn Lloyd is a Health Coach for Rock Valley Health. She holds a degree from the University of Iowa in Health Promotion and has experience as a Certified Health Education Specialist and personal trainer. She has led many chronic disease programs including the YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program. She lives with Type 1 Diabetes and enjoys running, cycling, yoga, and being active with her family. Native to the Quad Cities, Aryn lives in Davenport with her husband, Ben and their two daughters, Britta and Klara.
Holley Blaser has a Master’s in Exercise Physiology and holds certifications in personal training, health coaching and group fitness instructing. As an employee of Rock Valley Health, Holley shares her passion of general fitness by working with all age groups and fitness levels. She believes that a healthy lifestyle is an eternal balancing act between fitness and food moderation (not elimination). Holley and her husband, Tyson, are lifelong Quad City residents and are currently adapting to firsttime parenthood as they welcomed their son, Bryce, in September.
Cody Lichthardt is a Performance Enhancement Specialist at Quad City Sport Performance and a Certified Personal Trainer at Rock Valley Health. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Recreation, Sport and Tourism and received his personal training certification from NETA (National Exercise Trainers Association). Cody experienced the benefits of training and proper nutrition and now works to help others gain these same benefits.
